Copying numbers one by one from a group is slow and error-prone. Here's a way to get the list into a CSV without touching your chats.

A class, a customer group, a supplier list: at some point you need those contacts in a spreadsheet. WhatsApp Web shows the participants, but it has no export button.

The safest way

  1. 01Export only what you can already seeA group's participant panel or the contact list already shows names and numbers. A tool has no reason to read your messages.
  2. 02Check the previewBefore generating the file, review who's in it. Unnamed numbers and duplicates show up right away.
  3. 03Use contacts responsiblyHaving a number in a spreadsheet isn't permission to send ads. Follow privacy law and WhatsApp's own rules.
