1. Who we are

VOLLACHIA DESENVOLVIMENTO DE SOFTWARE SOB ENCOMENDA LTDA, a Brazilian company registered under CNPJ 69.483.689/0001-59, based in Curitiba, Paraná, Brazil (“Vollachia”, “we”). Contact: hello@vollachia.com.

These Terms govern your use of the Vollachia browser extensions (SnapBlur, Cardume and the Vollachia extensions listed on our pricing page), the Vollachia account and any Pro purchase. By installing an extension or buying Pro you agree to these Terms.

2. Free and Pro plans

Every extension has a free plan that does not require an account. Some free plans have a daily allowance, shown inside the extension.

Pro unlocks the extra features described in the extension and on our pricing page. Pro is sold per extension: buying Pro for one extension does not unlock another.

3. Purchases and payment

Vollachia is the seller of every Pro purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe, which acts only as our payment processor. Neither the extensions nor Vollachia ever receive or see your card details. Payment questions and refund requests are handled directly by Vollachia at hello@vollachia.com.

Prices are shown in US dollars. In Brazil, checkout shows the price in Brazilian reais.

All Pro offers are one-time payments with no automatic renewal:

• Lifetime: Pro for as long as we offer that extension, on your account.
• 1 year: Pro for 12 months from the purchase date.
• 30 days: Pro for 30 days from the purchase date.

If you buy a time-limited plan again while it is active, the new period replaces the old one from the purchase date.

4. Your account and license

Pro is linked to a Vollachia account identified by your email address. You sign in with a one-time code sent to that email; there is no password.

Each Pro purchase can be used in up to 3 browsers at the same time. Signing in on a fourth browser asks you to remove one of the others.

To confirm Pro, the extension receives a license signed by our server that is valid for up to 7 days and is renewed automatically while you are online. If the browser stays offline for more than 7 days, Pro features pause until it reconnects. Free features keep working offline.

You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure. Do not share your account.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: bypass, disable or forge the license or the daily allowance; resell, rent or share Pro access; use the extensions to break the law or the terms of the websites where they run; or interfere with our servers.

We may suspend Pro access that is obtained or used in breach of this section, after notifying you by email when possible.

6. Your data

The extensions process your content locally in your browser. Our Privacy Policy explains what the account, license and payment flow sends to our servers and to Stripe.

7. Changes and discontinuation

We may improve or change the extensions. If we change a paid feature in a way that materially reduces what you bought, you may ask for a refund under our Refund Policy even after 14 days.

If we permanently discontinue a paid extension or the license service, we will tell account holders by email at least 30 days in advance.

8. Warranty and liability

The extensions are provided “as is”. We work to keep them reliable, but we do not guarantee that they will work with every website, which can change without notice.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection law, including the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code when it applies.

9. Ending these Terms

You can stop using an extension at any time by uninstalling it, and you can ask us to delete your account. Deleting your account ends Pro on that account; refunds follow the Refund Policy.

10. Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. The courts of Curitiba, Paraná, have jurisdiction, without prejudice to a consumer’s right to bring a claim in the courts of their own domicile.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will publish the new version here with its date and, for material changes, notify account holders by email. Purchases already made keep the plan you bought.
