Privacy Policy

This policy explains how VOLLACHIA DESENVOLVIMENTO DE SOFTWARE SOB ENCOMENDA LTDA ("Vollachia") handles personal data on the vollachia.com website and in the services it provides, in accordance with Brazilian Law No. 13,709/2018 (General Data Protection Law, LGPD). Vollachia is the controller of this data.

1. What data we handle

Website visitors. The website does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics or advertising tools. The contact form does not send or store anything: it only opens your own email app with the message ready for you to send. Our hosting provider may log technical access data, such as IP address, browser and date and time, to keep the website secure and running.

People who email us. When you send us an email, we receive your name, your email address and the content of your message.

2. Why we use it and on what legal basis

• Replying to messages and preparing proposals at the request of whoever contacts us (LGPD, art. 7, V).
• Keeping the website secure and running (legitimate interest, art. 7, IX).
• Complying with legal and regulatory obligations (art. 7, II).

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We only share data with providers we need in order to operate, such as:

• Vercel, which hosts the website;
• our email provider.

Some of these providers are located outside Brazil, which is an international data transfer. Such transfers follow articles 33 to 36 of the LGPD.

4. How long we keep it

We keep data for as long as the purposes above require. After that, or when you ask us to, we delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it.

5. Your rights

As a data subject, you may ask us to confirm whether we process your data, to access, correct, anonymize, block or delete it, to port it, and for information about who we share it with, and you may object to processing (LGPD, art. 18). To do so, write to hello@vollachia.com.

You may also file a complaint with Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss or misuse.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page. Privacy questions can be sent to hello@vollachia.com.
